Training promotes safety and effectiveness in search operations. The object of training is preparedness, not just survival. Training is part of each monthly meeting, and all members are encouraged to learn new skills, maintain and develop existing skills, and share those skills with others. Most training is accomplished in group meetings and scheduled classroom meetings.
Our organization is built on a camaraderie and trust that can only come from training.
